Cleaning Up Old Callbacks After Release 2020.1

With the January 2020 release of eVetPractice, our Callback Dashboard and all related workflows have been refocused to drive task completion based on the due date set on each item.

The Callbacks menu now shows a red number indicating any callbacks that are overdue or due today so that your team can complete them before finishing up.


If your workflow has really centered on looking at today's callbacks only, you might have some old callbacks that you haven't marked complete yet, and your Callbacks tab might look more like this:


Whether you have 10 or 100 overdue callbacks, you're going to want to clean up those old entries to make the best possible use of this feature.

We've made that simple through bulk completion and deletion of callback entries. See the video below for more info:
