The Topaz Signature Pad integration ONLY works under Windows. It is supported using Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer 11.
Topaz is only supported on Windows 2003, Vista, 2008, 7, 8, and greater. Windows XP is NOT SUPPORTED.
Go to Settings, then under Integration Settings, make sure the checkbox for Topaz Signature Pad integration is checked.
For Signature Pad Models ending in “-HSB-R”, “-BHSB-R”, “-B-R”, go to http://www.topazsystems.com/Software/sigweb.exe and install the application on the machine that is connected to the Topaz Signature Pad.
For Signature Pad Models ending in “-BSB-R”, “-BBSB-R”, go to http://www.topazsystems.com/Software/sigwebsb.exe and install the application on the machine that is connected to the Topaz Signature Pad.
Make sure to select the proper device during the installation wizard.
The process works just as it did with the prior method of signing documents.
There is a button to complete (done), clear, and cancel.
The done button will accept the signature and place it on the document.
The clear button will clear the signature and allow you to start over.
The cancel button will close the signature window and stop the document generation process.
The system will check for a connected Topaz Signature Pad. If one is not found, then the prior method of signing a document will be presented to the user.
The employee feature to add a signature will not use the Topaz Signature Pad. It will still revert back to the prior method.

If after following the directions above you still can't get it to work, please go to Topaz's demo page, https://www.sigplusweb.com/sigwebtablet_demo.htm and see if it allows you to test the signing from there.
